NOTICE TO CLIENTS WHO ARRANGED CHINA LOCAL CHARGES TO BE COLLECTED IN AUSTRALIA
Dear Valued Customers,
Chinese government has announced the implementation of Cai Shui [2013] Notice No.37(Circular 37) which indicates a value added tax of 6% is applicable for all charges (including freight and China local charges) pay at PRC (People’s republic of China) from 1 August 2013.
We would like to remind, for all charges which are supposed to be paid at PRC including the China local charges that are collected in Australia, a value added tax of 6% plus additional tax will be applied.
Kindly review your current arrangement with your suppliers regarding the above if necessary.
